  STEP 1

  Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil.

  STEP 2

  Add sauce directly to a medium sauté pan and heat on low.

  STEP 3

  Add casarecce to boiling water and cook for 7-9 minutes.

  STEP 4

  Once your pasta has finished boiling, strain and transfer directly to sauce, then cook for an additional 1 minute, combing with a wooden spoon.

  STEP 5

  Enjoy!

• Bronze-cut Casarecce

  STEP 1

  Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil.

  STEP 2

  Add casarecce directly to water and cook for 7-9 minutes.

  STEP 3

  Add to sauce, and cook an additional minute.

  STEP 4

  Enjoy!

• Basil Pesto

  STEP 1

  Add the pesto directly to a medium sauté pan and heat on low.

  STEP 2

  After a few minutes, when your pasta is boiling, add 1/4 cup of the pasta water directly to the pesto and stir with a wooden spoon. Your pesto will start to become creamy.

  STEP 3

  Once your pasta has finished boiling, transfer it directly to the pesto and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine.

  STEP 4

  Enjoy!
