Every order is delivered with a QR code that will provide direct instructions for each week’s menu refresh! To view our preparation instructions, click here

If you are enjoying your order on the day of delivery, simply place it in the fridge and then cook it using the preparation instructions. If you are looking to enjoy your order at a later time, simply place it directly into the freezer. If you do freeze your order, pastas should be cooked from frozen, and sauces must be thawed in the fridge for 24 hours.

We are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality products, tailored to a new and exciting menu every week. To ensure that we can meet this commitment, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation Deadline:

All orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the intended delivery day. As we deliver every Thursday, this means that any cancellations for the week's delivery must be made by Tuesday at 11:59 PM.
