STEP 1
Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil.
STEP 2
Add pesto directly to a medium sauté pan and heat on low.
STEP 3
Add pasta directly to water and cook until al dente, approximately 10-12 minutes. They should be floating to the top, but taste a piece to ensure it is fully cooked. While your pasta is boiling, add 1/4 cup of the pasta water directly to the pesto and stir with a wooden spoon. Your pesto will start to become creamy.
STEP 4
Once your pasta has finished boiling, strain and transfer directly to pesto, then cook for an additional 1-2 minutes combing with a wooden spoon.
STEP 5
Enjoy!
