• Ricotta Ravioli

  STEP 1

  Bring a large salted pot of water to a simmer.

  STEP 2

  Add ravioli directly to water and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  STEP 3

  Add to sauce, and cook an additional minute.

  STEP 4

  Enjoy!

• Tagliatelle alla Chitarra

  STEP 1

  Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil.

  STEP 2

  Add pasta nests directly to water, stir, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  STEP 3

  Add to sauce, and cook an additional minute.

  STEP 4

  Enjoy!

• Fresh Tomato Basil

  STEP 1

  Add sauce directly to a large saute pan and heat on low.

  STEP 2

  Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  STEP 3

  Add pasta to sauce, and cook for an additional minute.

  STEP 4

  Enjoy!

• Brown Butter with Sage

  STEP 1

  Cut in half, place directly into a saute pan, and heat on low until bubbling

  STEP 2

  Add pasta directly to sauce and cook for an additional minute

  STEP 3

  Enjoy!
